Good Times

KON artist and good friend Tim Swallow has made the move across the desert from South Western Australia to reside in Sydney. So when Mr Sprinks and myself caught up for some beers and to work on a new collab he was there to document the process.

Here are some of the photos from the night.

Pumped to get this one finished its going to look killer!

Peace.

Acclaim X Ken Done X Amy Finlayson

To celebrate their 25th Issue the crew at ACCLAIM Magazine teamed with Iconic Australian Artist Ken Done to design the cover.

With the help of Sydney model Amy Finlayson two Cover were created.

Dubbed the 'Australia Issue' ACCLAIM takes the focus off looking to Europe and America for progressive creative design, art, music and culture, but instead to look in your own backyard and get amongst the vast array of culture and creativity us Aussies have to offer.

Check out this nice little edit of the shoot by Trevor King.

Enjoy.

What a Great Night

Firstly thank you to everyone who was is involved in putting on the show last week, you know who you are.

Last Thursday King Of Nothing took over Ambush Gallery to celebrate the launch of TOMORROWS NOSTALGIA Summer 2011/12.

It was a great night had by all with crew flooding through the doors to feast their eyes and a variety of original artworks, photography and prints hanging from every inch of wall space.

Paper Plane Project, Rotes, and DJ Morgs kept the beats pumping while RJ, Bill, Corey, Roland and numerous skaters ripped up the KON X WESTSYDE CONNECTION freestyle skate session.

Beach Burrito, Jose Cuervo, Bilpin Cider and various beers were flowing leaving no parched mouths in the building.

TOMORROWS NOSTALGIA will be in stores around Australia in the coming weeks, or at our online store.

Below are some photos from the night. You can see loads more over on our facebook page here.

Peace.
